Product Description

SKU TL021208 — Pressure-treated dimensional lumber, nominal 2 in. x 12 in. x 8 ft. (actual ≈ 1-1/2 in. x 11-1/4 in.), treated for ground-contact use to resist rot, fungal decay and termites. Commonly sold as #2 (or #1) construction/framing grade and used for deck joists, stair stringers, retaining wall framing and other exterior structural applications; allow boards to dry before painting or staining and use fasteners rated for treated lumber. Current retail comparators range roughly from $21.80–$27.90 each (see sources below); a competitive local resale price in Dayton, IA 50530 would be about $24.95 per board (each) — under typical big-box highs yet above recent lower retail listings to allow a modest margin while remaining attractive to local buyers.
