3/4" x 4" wedge anchor — one-piece concrete expansion anchor sized 3/4" diameter by 4" overall length, sold individually (each). Designed for permanent fastening into solid concrete: drill a 3/4" hole to the embedment depth, set the anchor, then tighten the hex nut to draw the wedge and expand the sleeve against the hole wall. Common finishes include zinc-plated carbon steel and stainless steel; some manufacturers supply an integrated serrated washer or a matching nut & washer depending on the brand.
