DEKTITE® Retrofit Pipe Flashing, 0–5 in — a split/zip retrofit pipe boot engineered to seal roof penetrations without removing the existing pipe. The unit uses a flexible EPDM/polymer cone bonded to a wide aluminum base flange; the cone is pre-scored for trimming to fit 0–5" (0–5 inch) pipe diameters and the retrofit (zip/clip) design allows installation around an in-place pipe. The cone is designed to make a continuous 1/4"–1/2" contact with the pipe for a watertight seal, is compatible with asphalt shingles and metal panels, and the EPDM/silicone options are rated for high roofline temperatures (EPDM to ~239°F; silicone higher). The aluminum base provides a secure nailing area and the product is offered with manufacturer literature and a multi-year warranty option—making it suitable for repair and retrofit flashing on both shingle and metal roofs.
