Product Description

Flanders / AAF NaturalAire Cut‑to‑Fit Media Pad SM1006 (UPC 031949000158) is a 20 x 30 x 1 in. natural‑fiber (hog’s‑hair / matted natural fiber) cut‑to‑fit furnace/HVAC pad designed to be trimmed with scissors or a utility knife to fit hard‑to‑find return/grille sizes. The pad is rigid enough to hold its shape without a frame, is washable and reusable, and is rated up to MERV 4 for basic capture of dust, lint, pollen and mold spores with low airflow resistance; lifespan is listed up to about 12 months with routine cleaning/replacement. SM1006 is sold both as single 1‑pack pads and as multi‑packs (commonly 6‑packs) by major retailers. Based on current online retail prices (see sources) a competitive local resale price in Dayton, IA 50530 for a single 20x30x1 SM1006 pad would be about $10.99 each (per pad); this recommendation is based on the retailer prices cited below and is offered as guidance only — local availability, taxes and shipping are not guaranteed.
