5‑inch hidden (K‑style) gutter hanger — mill‑finish aluminum bracket that clips into the inside of 5" K‑style gutters and is secured with a factory‑mounted/inserted #12 / 1/4" hex screw. Designed to be virtually invisible from the ground, these hangers hook under the front lip and the screw fastens into the fascia/rafter; typical professional spacing is about 18–24 in on center. Sold individually or in contractor packs (10–500); compatible with metal K‑style gutters and commonly used to repair sagging or reinforce existing runs.
