Product Description

Builders Edge vinyl electrical mounting block (UPC 080192154484 — Mfr. model 130010010001) is a prefinished, UV‑stabilized vinyl mounting block sized to fit most exterior fixtures and siding openings (nominal 8 in × 7 in overall; 5 × 6 in inner opening) and includes a UL‑listed 18 cubic‑inch outlet box for making compliant exterior electrical connections. The color‑molded vinyl construction resists scratching, flaking and fading and uses a snap‑on trim ring for faster installation on standard or insulated siding; the line is listed with a limited lifetime warranty by several distributors. Based on current online retail offers (Shell Lumber $22.46, RPlumber $27.99, Zoro $30.83, Busy Beaver $31.85 — see sources below), the median retail price is about $29.40; a competitive local resale price for Dayton, IA (50530) would be $34.00 each (rounding the market median to allow a modest retail margin while remaining competitive with national suppliers and covering local handling/shipping).
