National Nail / STINGER 135093 (Mfr. model 0135093, UPC 042928045350) is a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) ring‑shank plastic‑cap nail designed for hand‑driven exterior fastening. The fastener pairs a 12‑gauge electro‑galvanized steel ring shank (≈0.105 in Ø) with a molded plastic cap (nominal 1.00 in head diameter, edge lip ≈0.035 in) to secure underlayment, housewrap, insulation, roll roofing, wire lathe and chicken wire while helping keep moisture from passing under the cap. Sold as factory‑assembled nail+cap units in 2,000‑count boxes (also available in pails), the components and finishes conform to the manufacturer submittal for STINGER/National Nail plastic cap nails.
