Product Description

Harvey (Oatey) Plumber’s Putty, model 043010 (Mfr #43010 / 14 oz plastic cup, UPC 078864430103), is an off‑white, non‑hardening putty formulated to create a watertight bedding/seal for sink strainers, faucet bases and other rigid fixture joints. Supplied in a 14‑ounce plastic cup, the compound remains pliable (will not harden, shrink, crack or crumble when used as intended) and is intended for typical metal and non‑porous fixture installations; the manufacturer notes plumber’s putty should not be used on some acrylic or ABS surfaces. (Product identity and pack size confirmed from manufacturer literature and multiple U.S. retailer/catalog listings.)
