Owens Corning ProPink ComfortSeal / FormSealR sill gasket (Model 2FS / OC2FS, UPC 748232100074) is a ridged polyethylene-foam roll sized 5-1/2 in. wide x 50 ft long (≈22.92 sq ft coverage) and nominally 3/16 in. thick. The unfaced, ribbed gasket is intended for sealing the gap between sill plates and foundation walls in new construction and retrofit work to reduce air infiltration, moisture and insect intrusion; manufacturer guidance directs installing the roll with the ridged side toward the rougher surface and overlapping or stapling at joints before setting and anchoring the sill plate. Product identity and physical specs are documented on Owens Corning product literature and multiple national retailer listings (Home Depot, Lowe’s) and reseller pages used for price comparison.
