Product Description

Owens Corning PINK Next Gen R-19 unfaced fiberglass batt (Model W61B) — friction-fit for 2x6 wood framing. Nominal thickness ~6.5 in, width 23 in, length 93 in; one bag covers 118.83 sq ft (precut batts sized to slide in and stay in 23 in cavities). Catalog and manufacturer data list material as fiberglass (Next Gen Fiberglas) and the product as unfaced (no kraft/foil vapor retarder). Current retail offers found during research range from about $74.46 (third‑party seller) to $117.00 (big‑box single‑bag retail); based on those offers and local resale practice I recommend a competitive resale price of $99.00 per bag in Dayton, IA 50530 — below typical single‑bag retail but above deep online clearance, giving a good chance of a quick local sale while preserving margin. (See sources for model/spec and current offer pages.)
