Product Description

Red Devil 2" putty knives are compact, general-purpose finishing tools for applying and smoothing putty, spackling and joint compound in drywall, trim and glazing work. Red Devil offers a promotional 4700-series disposable 2" plastic putty knife (MPN 4712) with a solvent-resistant plastic blade and handle for quick jobs, and professional 4200/4100-series metal blades (examples: MFG 4206 flexible 2" and 4105/4205 stiff 2") in high-carbon or stainless steel for repeated use and improved finish control. The 2" blade width is sized for tight areas and small patchwork; choose the plastic/disposable 4700-series for low-cost, one-off jobs or the 4200/4100 professional metal knives when durability and a smoother finish are required.
