Product Description

Rust‑Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Primer — Flat Black (12 oz / 340 g, model 249846, UPC 020066189242) is a fast‑dry, oil‑based aerosol primer formulated to provide high hiding and adhesion on wood, metal, most plastics, wicker and more. The any‑angle spray valve and comfort tip make overhead and hard‑to‑reach spraying easier; cans are labeled Net Wt. 12 oz (340 g), dry to the touch in about 20 minutes and cover roughly 10–12 sq ft per can. This product is offered as a dedicated flat‑black primer in the Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover line (primer SKU 249846) and is documented on the Rust‑Oleum product pages and technical/label PDFs cited below.
