Product Description

Sashco Big Stretch® — Dark Brown (Model 10008, UPC 031525100081) — 10.5 fl. oz. cartridge. Big Stretch is a water‑based elastomeric acrylic latex sealant formulated for windows, doors, siding and trim; it’s paintable, cleans up with soap and water, resists UV, and is designed to stretch (up to ~500% per Sashco technical materials) and span gaps up to 2" without cracking. This listing matches Sashco’s 10.5 oz cartridge in Dark Brown (10008 / UPC 031525100081). Suggested competitive local resale price for Dayton, IA 50530: $8.49 each — this sits above the sampled online median (~$7.30 each from recent listings) while remaining below Sashco’s MSRP/commonly quoted retail of $9.99, giving a local convenience premium but keeping price competitive with retail channels. See sources below for model, UPC, pack/unit pricing and manufacturer specs.
