SharkBite Silicone Wrap (Model 25406A) is a 2 in. x 10 ft. self‑fusing (non‑adhesive) silicone burial/repair wrap engineered to protect SharkBite brass fittings when buried or installed in damp environments. The 0.02 in.‑thick silicone stretches up to ~300%, bonds to itself to form an air‑ and water‑tight seal, resists UV, oil, salt and corrosive chemicals, and is rated for a wide working temperature range (about -65°F to 500°F). Supplied as a single 10‑ft roll, it is commonly used for underground fitting protection, quick hose/pipe repairs, and sealing electrical connections.
