SharkBite Max 3/4 in. Push‑to‑Connect Brass 90° Elbow (manufacturer model UR256A / UR256) is a lead‑free DZR brass push‑fit elbow designed to change direction on 3/4 in. potable water lines (PEX, copper, CPVC, PE‑RT and HDPE SDR‑9). The Max design adds a stainless‑steel retainer and 316 stainless grab ring for higher pressure (rated to 250 psi) and elevated temperature performance (to 200°F), and the manufacturer lists a nominal pipe insertion depth for the 3/4 in. size (manufacturer spec sheet). Max fittings install without tools, can be used on wet lines and are covered by SharkBite’s stated limited warranty terms (longer warranty on PEX/copper/CPVC/PE‑RT vs. shorter warranty for HDPE per the manufacturer).
