SharkBite Max UR518A 3/4 in Push‑to‑Connect Brass End Cap (model UR518A, UPC 697285072268) is a DZR lead‑free brass push end cap designed to cap 3/4" nominal PEX, copper, CPVC, PE‑RT and HDPE SDR‑9 pipe. The SharkBite Max design uses a stainless‑steel retainer for added strength, installs on wet lines, can be rotated after installation, and is removable with a disconnect clip/tongs or pro disconnect tool. According to the SharkBite Max end cap spec sheet the Max end cap series is rated to 250 psi (and is listed for the temperatures shown in the manufacturer spec), and typical part dimensions are approximately 1.3 in. high by 1.3 in. wide.
