Solar Seal #900 (Black, color code #931) is a professional-grade terpolymer elastomer sealant sold in 10.0–10.3 oz consumer cartridges (12 tubes per carton). Formulated as a colored alternative to silicone and urethane chemistries, it cures to a flexible, UV‑resistant bead that is paintable after skin forms and is designed for exterior applications on materials including metal roofing/flashings, vinyl, fiber‑cement, brick/masonry, fiberglass and cured concrete. Typical properties from manufacturer/spec sheets: skins in ~24 hours, full cure in ~21 days, approximate coverage ~14–15 linear feet per tube, service temperature range about −40°F to +300°F, and compliance with common performance standards such as ASTM C-920 (see linked spec pages). The manufacturer color/match guide lists BLACK #931 (NPCCAULK931) as the standard black color for the Solar Seal line.
