Midwest Fastener split (spring) lock washer, medium-split style, zinc-plated steel for 1/4" fasteners (Mfr. #61944, UPC 738287619447). Finished in zinc plating for moderate corrosion resistance, this washer is sized for #14 / 1/4" internal diameter use (ID = 1/4 in), with a minimum thickness ~1/16 in and outside diameter ~31/64 in. Designed to add spring tension and resist loosening of nuts and bolts in light‑duty assemblies, it’s supplied in commercial refill packaging (120‑pack shown on the catalog page). Use as a low‑cost locking element beneath nut or screw heads where a helical split washer is appropriate.
