Product Description

Sunny Mix — 1 lb bag (sold each). This lightweight 1-pound Sunny Mix is a sun‑tolerant lawn seed blend sold in single 1-lb packages and intended for full‑sun turf repair or overseeding. Comparable “Sunny Mix” formulas commonly combine Kentucky bluegrass with perennial ryegrass (and often a proportion of fine fescue) and are marketed for areas receiving 5–6+ hours of direct sun; some branded Sunny Mix products also include starter fertilizer or a soil improver to support early root development. Coverage guidance varies by formulation and whether seeding a new lawn or overseeding existing turf (published vendor guidance ranges roughly from ~150 sq ft per lb for heavy new‑lawn seeding up to ~250–500+ sq ft per lb for light overseeding or brand‑specific recommendations). See the cited product pages for exact species mix, treatment, and per‑bag coverage used by each manufacturer/retailer.
