Spring-loaded toggle wing (toggle wing nut) for hollow-wall anchoring — 1/4"-20 internal thread, zinc-plated steel spring wing designed to fold for insertion and expand behind the substrate; requires ~5/8" drill hole and is sold individually (also commonly offered in 25/100 packs). Use with a 1/4"-20 machine screw for mounting fixtures into drywall, plaster or other hollow-wall substrates.
