This copy is grounded in manufacturer and retailer product data (Rust‑Oleum/Zinsser technical details and several listings). Based on current online retail offers from multiple U.S. suppliers, a competitive local resale price for a single 1‑gal can in Dayton, IA (50530) would be about $44.99 each (round to $45.00 for listing convenience) — this reflects the median of current online retail prices and preserves a small margin versus wholesale/box pricing.
