Product Description

Zinsser GARDZ Problem Surface Sealer — 1 quart (MPN 2304, UPC 047719023043). Clear, water‑based styrenated‑acrylic sealer formulated to penetrate and lock down porous or damaged interior substrates (damaged drywall, joint compound/spackling, calcimine, cementitious coatings, stucco and textured finishes) before painting, texturing or wallcovering. Dries to a hard, moisture‑resistant matte film that preserves surface color, covers approximately 90–110 sq ft per quart, is touch‑dry in roughly 30–60 minutes and can be topcoated after about 3 hours (see manufacturer technical data for full application and safety guidance).
