Product Description

Peak Performer Rolled Ridge Vent (Air Vent) — 12 in. x 28 ft. shingle‑over rolled ridge vent sold as an individual roll. Available in two variants — Peak Performer I (PPI, unfiltered shingle‑over roll) and Peak Performer II (PPII, filtered shingle‑over roll) — the Peak Performer provides approximately 12 sq. in. net free area per linear foot, fits roof pitches from 3/12 to 12/12, is nail‑gun friendly (two coils of nails included), and features built‑in end plugs and an external wind baffle for weather protection. Constructed of durable polypropylene (shingle‑over appearance for PPI; internal weather filter for PPII) and backed by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, the product is sold as one 28 ft. roll (each). Suggested competitive local resale price for Dayton, IA 50530: $89.00 each (see price sources below).
